Side Sleeper:
Does your dog sleep on her side? This means she is very comfortable with her surroundings and is no way high maintenance. She is very secure with herself. This position also leaves their limbs free to move during sleep, so you may see more twitching and leg kicks from a dog lying on his side.
Curled -Up:
She will be all curled up in a ball with her paws tucked under her body. This is one of the most common sleep positions. She is protecting herself and using her body heat all at the same time. She is an easy going furry friend with a sweet calm personality.
Crazy Legs:
Ok, how funny does this look? If she sleeps like this, she is a very confident dog. She is very secure with herself and with the people around her since this is considered a very vulnerable and submissive position for her. She may be a very laid back independent dog.
Superman style:
If your dog asleep stomach down with her legs stretched outward is drawn to the “Superman” position. This position is popular in puppies, it’s an easy position for a dog to wake up and jump right back into playing mode. If she sleeps in this position she is a fun dog with lots of energy.
The Buddy Position:
You may catch your dog sleeping back-to-back with your other pets or snuggling up to you, and it means the same thing. Your dog is bonding and showing that he wants to get close to you. A dog sleeping this way feels very loving and affectionate, and he’s completely comfortable with whoever he’s napping with. Try showing your love, too, by taking a snooze with your pup.
